AMMi Technologies is a young, dynamic and highly qualified company that offers multiple technological services, starting from the assembly of electronic boards to the final device to the customer.
A business venture that was born with the mission of offering a high quality service within new technologies, formed by a multidisciplinary work team made up of engineers and technicians of different areas (industrial organization, electronics, telecommunications, chemistry, etc.), thus making it possible to adequately approach each of the projects where we collaborate with our clients, to always offer a high-quality technological service.
Phases in the development and evolution of Ammi Technologies
Throughout our history, we have gone through three different phases that have made us increasingly competitive in today's market.
Phase 1. ACTIVITY START-UP
Electronic board assembly for TDT deployment in Spain.
Phase 2. CONSOLIDATION AND EXPANSION
Introduction and establishment in new activity sectors.
Phase 3. PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Development of custom projects in collaboration with our clients, technology and research centers.
SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
We currently offer a comprehensive service for the assembly of electronic boards and equipment, providing the know-how acquired for prototypes as well as for medium, small or long series. Our mission is to offer a quality technological service to our clients, being faithful to the values with which we seal each of the projects in which we collaborate: seriousness, transparency, rigour, maximum involvement and commitment.
Facilities with high production capacity.
We carry out component preforming, SMD assembly (prototypes and series), THD assembly in selective and conventional OLA, manual intervention and selective reprocessing and complete assembly of electronic equipments.
Coating
We have a selective coating line and UV curing of electronic boards (compatible with acrylics, silicones, polyurethanes, etc.)
Programming and Test
Programming and carrying out specific tests (ICT, Boundary Scan, Functional, etc.) thus achieving that our clients can obtain the product for direct use.
Custom made assessment for each collaboration proposal.
This assessment includes everything related to purchasing management, board assembly, programming, tests, coating and final assembly of the complete equipment.
Quality
All of our assembled electronic boards are checked by automatic optical inspection (AOI), guaranteeing their quality (components, polarities, weld quality, absence of shorts, etc).
Efficiency and Traceability
We follow a Lean Manufacturing work philosophy, with continuous improvement as our daily objective that provides us with a constant competitive evolution. For all assembled references we offer traceability at process and material level, and complete material management (BoM).

R+D+I PROJECTS
AMMi Technologies pursues a long-term investment strategy in R+D+i, for its own projects as well as in collaborations with companies, universities and technology centers, within the framework of local, national and international programs and projects.

SILVA: Multiespectral System in Precision UAV Forestry
Date: July 2015 – March 2018. EXP: 00083020/ITC-20151263.
Project Partners: AMMi Technologies S.L., EGATEL, COTESA (Observation and Spacial Remote Sensing Center S.A.) and Bosques Naturales S.A.
The SILVA project addresses the development of a new multispectral vision system embarked in UAVs with embedded processing for remote detection and control of pests and diseases in forest masses. The proposed system will address the exhaustive and in vivo measurement of different parameters related to the health status of forest mass. Therefore, it proposes the development of a new technology with features and reach that none of the existing commercial solutions offer.

Obtaining new IPC certifications in AMMi.
Qualified AMMi personnel attend the IPC J-STD-001E CIT training and certification course, adding one more certification over the existing IPC-A-610F CIT.
